Even though I first didn't believe it, I still wanted to give it a try because not only had my periods become more regular, but other surprise physical changes had also occurred. I am feeling very energetic, fresh and cheerful after doing yoga from last two months. I had a thyroid which was regulated in a month. My posture was completely disturbed before joining yoga class but i was able to correct it with the help of Manju mam. My stamina also increased. During my recent outing i was the most energetic member. We went for nightout followed by trek to Lohgad. We danced a lot along with various other activities whole night but i was feeling energetic all the time. On the other hand my friends were tired.
